“Beatles” looking for clues about Paul’s demise in a car crash on
November 9th, 1966.
September 20th, 1957 – Buddy Holly released Peggy Sue as a solo artist.
The song was originally titled Cindy Lou but was changed to Peggy Sue
in honor or Crickets drummer Jerry Allison’s drummer.

“Screamin'” Scott Simon who was the pianist with Sha Na Na from 1970
until the group disbanded in 2022 and passed away on September 5th at the
age of 75
Jimmy Gilmer lead singer of The Fireballs took the song Sugar
Shack to #1 for five weeks in October and November 1963 and had a Top
Ten hit in 1968 with Bottle Of Wine passed away on September 7th eight
days before his 84th birthday.
